Nuttall SU/SD High Speed Gears

Available in ratings up to 40,000 HP and output speeds up to 20,000 RPM or higher in ratios up to 9:1. Nuttall Gear's design features include heavy cast iron or welded steel housings for strength and rigidity, dynamically balanced precision double helical gears for uniform load distribution, and oversized split sleeve bearings with labyrinth oil seals to insure reliability.

Wichita Air Power Take-Offs

Wichita's Air PTO is powered by our heavy-duty Standard Vent clutch. With large friction areas for high energy starts and an air actuated clutch for remote or automatic control of the PTO.
The air actuated PTO is ideal for your application because:

The bearing supported shaft eliminates sideload on the crankshaft

The high speed airtube not affected by centrifugal force

There are no o-rings or diaphragms to wear out

14" and 18" 1, 2 & 3 plate clutches available

Marland CECON Clutches

CECON units are available with a disconnect feature that provides physical separation of the input and output shafts. This allows maintenance to be performed on the non-energized driver while the disconnect CECON is locked out in the disconnect position.

Designed for high-speed, continuous operation

View port allows visual confirmation of disconnect/connect status

Full-speed testing of isolated equipment prior to reconnection

Operates in adverse atmospheres

Reduced downtime

Long Service Life

Minimum maintenance

Twiflex Clutch Couplings

The Twiflex centrifugal clutch coupling is designed to provide load free starts and smooth acceleration. Ideal for engine drives.

Loads are smoothly accelerated giving soft start

Reduces shock on shafts and gearing

Engine starts and idle free of load

Serves as automatic throttle controlled clutch

Eliminates shock loads

Prevents engine stall under sudden overload

Prevents engine reverse swing when coming to rest

Limits vibratory torques to safe level

Combines advantages of an efficient flexible coupling.

100% efficiency saves fuel.

Long trouble-free life with no routine maintenance.
